Urban Hotel, Grantham

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were fine, but could use some updating and a proper clean. It was a bit cold, and the small plug-in heater on the furniture in the bedroom wasn’t sufficient. The service went over and above regarding the food and service, but there was a need for improvement in customer service in some areas. The location was good for us, offering a nice place to relax. However, it was smaller than expected, with limited pool facilities. The dining experience was good overall, but the food could have been better. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
